Training on Tuesdays and Sundays will run as normal.

We are suspending training in the Bacup dojo just for August.

We are running an August pricing scheme as follows.

£6 per session training capped at £36 (sessions free after that). You can pay the £35 monthly fee instead if you are sure to get in at least 6 lessons.

Family training discount price of £10 per session for two family members or £12 per session for three family members.

On Tuesday 15th August sensei Doyle will be running a Bo class. Basic Bo control with basic techniques and kumibo (5 step bo version of kumite). All welcome.
